On the ground floor is the lounge/diner. This room is enormous (60m²), has three comfy sofas in front of a huge open fire. The floor is tiled, with plent of rugs, the walls exposed stone and the ceilings throughout the house have open beams. There is a large antique oak dining table and chairs with candleabre for winter dining. We supply a large basket of logs should you wish to use the fire - lovely on chilly evenings with a glass of wine.
. There is colour satellite TV with DVD player and each room has heating if required.
The kitchen/diner is very light and airy and has a large antique pine table that seats eight. A high chair and a toddler seat are also available. The kitchen has two fridge/ freezers, washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker and microwave.
Just through the back door is a sunny terrace with table and chairs, sun lounger and barbeque. You can relax in a deckchair on the on the private terrace and listen to the cuckoo's in the woods or watch the deer play in the field.
There is plenty of space for children to play, with a garden slide and toddler bike.
