La Ville Raffray, a perfect relaxing holiday home, is a charming stone built Breton Farmhouse with it's own 5 acres of meadow land.

The house is set in a typically French hamlet with friendly French neighbours, some speak English. There are 5 properties in the vicinity, Raffray is on the edge of the hamlet, set back from a quiet lane and has a large private garden and terrace. Children can stretch their legs in the garden or field with various ball games, tennis, football, cricket, badminton are all kept at the house for everyone to enjoy.

There are five bikes to use, toddlers toys and slide, various board games, books, CD's, DVD's and not forgetting the chickens and ducks to feed!

Situated in a quiet hamlet 6km from the medieval town of Josselin, with it's famous chateau set on the banks of the Nantes/Brest canal. There are numerous bars and restaurants along the waters edge and plenty of shops and supermarkets and a Saturday market in the picturesque town.

The house sleeps eight in four bedrooms and is centrally heated. It is equipped to a high standard. The house is over 200 years old and whilst very light and spacious, it is full of character with oak beams and exposed stone.

The peaceful hamlet setting is the ideal spot for those wanting both the idyllic tranquility of rural France together with the option of getting out and about and visiting the nearby towns and beaches. It is perfectly situated for country walks, horse riding, bike riding, fishing, boating and swimming. The nearest town (Josselin) is five minutes by car where there are restaurants, bars and shops. There are also two large supermarkets.
